With the temperatures soaring high, we all need something to cool us down. And what better than a healthy version of our favourite ice pops. Make these Hibiscus Tea Ice Pops to beat the heat!! šŗšš¹
Ingredients:
- 3Ā cupsĀ prepared hibiscus teaĀ using Moksa Hibiscus Flowers
- ½ cup sugar/honey
- PinchĀ of salt

Instructions:

Stir together hibiscus tea, sugar/honey, and a pinch of salt until sugar/honey dissolves.

Pour into moulds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).

Run the mould under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mould.
