Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

If you happen to receive a damaged package, you can raise a return and replacement query by sending an email to crm@moksa.co.in within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or  ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of replacement accordingly. There is no provision of refund on our website orders.
In case of exchange of products, the courier cost of the pickup as well as the new dispatch will have to borne by the customer.

In case you want to cancel your order, kindly inform us through the chat or email us on crm@moksa.co.in within 2-3 hours after placing the order. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they have been shipped.
