Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

If you happen to receive a damaged package, you can raise a return and replacement query by sending an email to crm@moksa.co.in within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or  ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly. 
In case of exchange of products, the courier cost of the pickup as well as the new dispatch will have to borne by the customer.
