  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white or black chia seeds
  • Ice

Instructions: How to make it?

 

  • Blend the Ingredients:  

    Put ingredients in the blender, add enough water to fill 3/4th of the blender, hold the lid to stop it from overflowing and make a smooth puree.

 

  •  Strain the mixture: 

    Place a fine mesh strainer over the bowl and pour the puree through it, pressing it against the sieve with a rubber spatula, to let most of the liquid to pass through.

 

  • Laden it with ice:

     Drop in a loads of ice cubes into a pitcher, pour in the juice and serve with a spring of mint and slice of lemon.
