Although chia seeds are used in summers a lot. But here is a recipe which can be used throughout the year. This strawberry Chia Jam is tangy yet sweet and can be used in cakes, cookies, or on bread.


  • 500gm Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds


  1. Cook chopped strawberries with sugar till they become soft and mushy.
  2. Cool the strawberries and then add the chia seeds.
  3. Mix the two components together. Refrigerate till it becomes jelly-like.
