Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 cup low fat vanilla soy milk
Method
Place the banana, strawberries, flax seed meal, and soy milk into a blender. Puree until smooth. Garnish with fresh strawberries and bananas.
