Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla soy milk

Method

Place the banana, strawberries, flax seed meal, and soy milk into a blender. Puree until smooth. Garnish with fresh strawberries and bananas.
