Although chia seeds are used in summers a lot. But here is a recipe which can be used throughout the year. This strawberry Chia Jam is tangy yet sweet and can be used in cakes, cookies, or on bread.
- 500gm Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- Cook chopped strawberries with sugar till they become soft and mushy.
- Cool the strawberries and then add the chia seeds.
- Mix the two components together. Refrigerate till it becomes jelly-like.
