- 1 cup curd
- 3 tbsp flax seed (ground)
- 1 cup cucumber (grated)
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (roasted, coarsely ground)
- salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve chilled.
